Carley, Michael Jabara


Michael J.Carley is a specialist of international relations in the XXth century, of the history of Russia and of the Soviet Union. His research interests are centered on the relations of the Soviet Union with Western Europe and the United States between 1917 and 1945. He published on the French intervention in the Russian civil war (1917-1921), on the Soviet’s relations with the Great Powers between the two World Wars, on the questions of «appeasement» and on the origins and the unfolding of the Second World War.
