Gagné, Jean-François


Jean-François Gagné holds a PhD in political science from the University of Montreal (2013). His researches center on political coalitions in electoral authoritarian regimes in Asia and in sub-Saharan Africa. He is presently an associate member at the Centre for East Asian Studies (CÉTASE), administrator for a program, lecturer at the University of Montreal and member of the management board for the International Council of Canada (Montreal section). He was a political analyst at Exportation and Development Canada and a researcher at the Raoul-Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies.
