Emma Donnaint is a PhD student in political science at the University of Montreal. Her thesis, supervised by Marie-Joëlle Zahar and Laurence
Deschamps-Laporte, focuses on algorithmic weapons, international humanitarian law, gender and postcolonialism. Formerly the coordinator of the Research Network on Women, Peace and Security at McGill University, Emma has been disseminating research on WPS issues to the Department of National Defence and Global Affairs Canada for over a year.
