Holding a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Brazil, and a Master's degree in International Relations from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP), Brazil, Bianca Caetano is a PhD student in Political Science at the Université de Montréal (UdeM). Her research focuses on immigration, public policies, and federalism. She is a member of the Équipe de recherche sur l’immigration au Québec et ailleurs (ERIQA) and is affiliated with the Centre de recherche sur les politiques et le développement social (CPDS).
