Presentation

Emmanuelle Rousseau is a PhD student at the Université de Montréal. She is interested in international organizations and the post-Soviet space. Her doctoral thesis, supervised by Frédéric Mérand, focuses on the protest practices of permanent representations at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Her research is based in the sociology of international relations and uses both qualitative and quantitative methods. Emmanuelle holds a Master’s degree in governance of international relations (Sciences po Toulouse), a Bachelor’s degree in Russian language and civilization (Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès) and a Bachelor’s degree in law (Université d’Angers). She speaks French, English and Russian.
