Centre for East Asian Studies (CÉTASE)
CÉTASE coordinates and develops East Asia-related research, teaching, and other activities that take place at the University of Montreal.
Among its members, the Centre counts over 20 specialists in East Asian languages, literature, cinema, history, politics, philosophy, economics, geography, anthropology and communication.
Through its programs of study, resources, research activities, documentation centre, and scholarships, CÉTASE has made it possible for professors and students to remain at the forefront of East Asian studies.
CÉTASE is an affiliated unit to CÉRIUM.
